Owners Katrina and Steve Boydon have years of experience setting up and executing high quality corporate retreats. Katrina as division head for a Silicon Valley media and marketing company and Steve as an internationally qualified high Alpine mountain guide.
Corporate Retreat Package
Located in the stunning Shropshire hills just outside Oswestry Barnutopia’s luxury glamping units have real beds, power, lighting, heating and free wi-fi. Packages can be themed or customised to focus on team building, management training, leadership or stress relief. We can offer up to 5 nights Sunday to Friday. A typical 3-night corporate retreat might include the following.
Day 0 (Arrival Day)
- Arrive from 4pm
- 6.30 pm Orientation & housekeeping rules
- 7.00 pm Pizza & salad supper
- 8.00 pm Campfire social and ice-breaker quiz
Day 1
- 8.30 am breakfast
- 9.30 – 12 noon group activity
- 12 noon – 6.30 pm free time (or optional extra activity)
- 6.30 pm supper
- 8.00 pm Around the campfire evening activity
Day 2
- 8.30 am breakfast
- 9.30 – 12 noon group activity and/or excursion (either a horse-drawn boat trip or a narrowboat trip across the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct)
- 12 noon – 6.30 pm free time (or optional extra activity)
- 6.30 pm supper
- 8.00 pm Around the campfire evening activity
- 9.00 pm until late optional disco, party & snacks
Day 3 (Departure Day)
- 9.30 am Late breakfast
- 10.30 am – 11.30 am Clean up party barn & site
- 12 noon Depart
Corporate Retreat Package Pricing for up to 35 delegates

Larger Groups (35+ Delegates)
We can accommodate up to 120 guests by hiring bell tents at additional cost.
Optional Extra Corporate Retreat Activities
Keeping the afternoon free keeps costs down and allows you to participate in offsite activities nearby (for example hiking, horse riding, cycling, sight-seeing, paintball, go-karting) or we are happy to organise mountain activities for you at additional cost. We could even arrange a night’s wild camping if you’re up for it.
Party & Disco
The party barn has a music system and you can plug in a play-list. Or we can arrange a professional DJ, disco (with or without karaoke) at additional cost.
