Family Glamping Camp #2 from Sunday, April 9, 2017 for 5 nights (depart Friday)

All our glamping yurts, stables and tent are furnished with real beds made up with warm duvets, power, light, heating and free Wi-Fi. No stuff to carry, no beds to make, no cooking, no cold tents and no fumbling in the dark trying to find a torch. If you love camping but want a MUCH easier option with your children, this could be the camp for you.
* Outdoor activities are dependent on the age range of children, group preferences and the weather. We are happy to be flexible and make activities more or less challenging as needed.
Family Glamping Camp Schedule
Day of Arrival (Sunday)
- Arrive from 4 pm
- Tour of facility
- Meet the animals (horses, dogs, piggies and cats)
- Unpack and settle in
- Pizza supper meet & greet and orientation from 6.00 pm
- Quiz suitable for adults & children
- Campfire & toasted marshmallows
Day 1 (Monday)
- Breakfast buffet from 8.30 am.
- Memory Board introduction ~ Over the course of the week families may create and decorate a poster board (or boards) detailing their activities at Barnutopia and excursions to nearby attractions. We provide the poster boards, arts & crafts materials and space. You are also free to bring your own materials. You are free to work on your memory board whenever you have a moment spare.
- Scavenger hunt at Barnutopia in teams from 10.00 am.
- Free time from 12.30 pm. Check out our list of Things To Do in the area.
- You cook your own supper over campfires from 6 pm (we supply ingredients). We’ll be around to help, too.
- Campfire
Day 2 (Tuesday)
- Breakfast buffet from 8.30 am.
- Outdoor activity TBD.
- Free time from 12.30 pm.
- Hot supper from 6.00 pm
- Work on memory board
- Movie night in the party barn
- Campfire.
Day 3 (Wednesday)
- Breakfast buffet from 8.30 am.
- Nature hike with list for collection (biggest leaf, smoothest stone, longest blade of grass etc.) from 10.00 am.
- Free time from 12.30 pm.
- Hot supper from 6.00 pm
- Work on memory board
- Outdoor games and/or disco in the party barn
- Campfire
Day 4 (Thursday)
- Breakfast buffet from 8.30 am
- Boat Horse Cracker horse drawn boat trip & picnic lunch (we charter the boat just for our group)
- Free time from 12.30 pm.
- Kids’ tea from 5.30 pm
- Finish memory boards and exhibit.
- Parents’ Grown-up Dinner from 8.00 pm ~ 2 courses with wine ~ either you can put your kids to bed first or we’ll entertain them while you enjoy some grown-up time. Either way, we’ll keep an eye on them so you can enjoy a grown-up dinner.

- Breakfast buffet from 8.30 am
- Pack up and depart by 12 noon
Family Glamping Camp Prices
- All inclusive price for family glamping camp including 5 nights’ midweek accommodation, part board (breakfast & supper) and activities
- £239 per guest over 18 years old
- £199 per guest 10 to 18 years old
- £179 per guest 2 to 9 years old
- £00 (free) per guests under 2 years old with 2 paying guests
- Excellent shared facilities including a well equipped camp kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, TV lounge, play barn and a bathroom with power shower
Weekend Family Glamping
- Surcharge of £40 per guest if the 5-night stay includes a Friday and/or Saturday night.
