Barnutopia’s competition to win free venue hire is live. The luxury glamping site, which attracts 5-star guest reviews, hosts weddings for up to 120 guests in its long event barn. It is the perfect venue for couples who want a venue that’s unique, gorgeous and affordable.
OSWESTRY, UNITED KINGDOM, March 21, 2019 – The Shropshire glamping, wedding and event venue, Barnutopia, launched a competition to win free venue hire for a wedding or other event over a weekend (Fri-Sun) during Autumn 2019. Subject to availability, the winner may choose a weekend during October or November for up to 30 guests. This package normally sells for £2,400 and this value may be applied to higher-priced venue hire for up to 120 guests. Results of the competition to be announced at Barnutopia’s 2019 Spring Wedding Fayre on 6 May (May Day) at 2:00 PM. Barnutopia is holding the weekend of 4-6 Oct to ensure there is a free weekend.
In August 2017, the first licensed wedding at Barnutopia featured on ITV’s Give It A Year with Baroness Karren Brady. A film crew monitored progress for a year during set-up as a wedding and event venue. Baroness Brady visited the site several times and attended the first wedding. She pronounced Barnutopia a British business success story. The next summer, every weekend saw a beautiful wedding or event. Andy and Adele Rogers, who married at Barnutopia in August 2018, said,

Owners Katrina and Steve Boydon decided to run the free venue hire competition to encourage couples to consider tying the knot in less traditional months. Already taking reservations for 2022, the Boydons would like to see more couples getting married in autumn. Katrina said,
“We have had beautiful weather in October, but even if it rains, we have under-cover options. The event barn is huge, and our popular open-sided Dutch barn is perfect for later in the day when couples and guests want to sit around the campfire and chat until the early hours.”
