October 31 to 2 November 2025, 2 nights, Fri-Sun.
Option to add self-catering nights before (during half-term) or after.

Halloween and bonfire Weekend 2025 includes luxury glamping accommodation, breakfasts, suppers with drinks, Halloween bingo, guy-building (you provide the old clothes and we provide the stuffing), table decorating, [low noise] costume party, fireworks, campfires, toasted marshmallows and mulled wine.
Our glamping yurt and cabins are furnished with beds, linen, power, light, a heater and free WiFi. Excellent facilities included three camp kitchens equipped with everything you need to prepare, cook and eat lunch and snacks. Our bathroom block has unlimited hot water for showers.
Halloween Bonfire weekend 2025 Itinerary
- Oct 31-2 Nov 2025 (2 nights, Fri-Sun)
- Half-board breakfasts and suppers
- Option to add self-catering nights before and/or after
- Arrive from 4 pm Friday (ask if you’d like to come earlier in the day)
- Settle into your yurt or cabin
- Meet the animals and check out the decorated event barn
- Times are approximate and subject to change depending on the weather
- Table decorating in the party barn
- 7.00 pm Friday supper with drinks (plus BYO) followed by a campfire and toasted marshmallows, Halloween bingo and Halloween party
- 9:00 am Saturday ContinentalPLUS breakfast
- Stay on-site or head off to Oswestry and the many attractions
- Guy-building in the hay barn
- 5.30 pm supper with drinks, Halloween costume party, music & party games
- 7.00 pm light the bonfire & enjoy our mulled wine
- 7.30 pm [low noise] fireworks
- 8.30 pm cheese board & nibbles
- 9.00 am Sunday Barnutopia full English breakfast with original recipe pancakes
Low-noise Firework Display
Halloween Bonfire Weekend 2025 features low-noise fireworks, as usual. These are much quieter than typical fireworks but still loud enough for a traditional fireworks experience. They are far less likely to scare animals. If you bring your canine friend with you, he is welcome to stay in your glamping unit while the fireworks are being set off.
