Sunday, 30th December

  • Arrive from noon
  • Supper 7 pm: Roast chicken dinner and fruit crumble, campfire and toasted marshmallows

Monday, 31st December

  • Breakfast: Croissants, Danish pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cheeses, deli meats, toast, tea, coffee, orange juice
  • Supper: Chilli con carne, rice, green salad, dessert
  • Later: Fireworks to bring in the New Year. If there are children we sometimes fake the New Year at 9 pm by watching the Moscow, Russia celebrations on TV in the long event barn. Depending on the weather, we may have the fireworks before or after this. We have found this works better than fireworks at midnight. We then continue the party and bring in the New Year at midnight with sparkling wine. We usually watch the London fireworks on TV, too.

Tuesday, 1st January

  • Breakfast: Barnutopia breakfast (homemade pancakes and syrups, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, baked beans, toast, tea, coffee, orange juice.
