Oswestry prom venue dinner package
Exclusive hire of venue, decorated Long Barn (includes ceiling drapes), banqueting tables, tablecloths, chairs, reception drinks, starter, main course, dessert, vintage china crockery and cutlery, music and dancing, campfires and toasted marshmallows, Barnutopia Bluetooth speakers (no extra cost), or disco (additional cost).
The Llanfyllin High School Prom 2025 was Barnutopia’s first prom. We hope it is the first of many.

Alcohol policy
Barnutopia is a licensed venue and can serve alcohol in line with UK law. For 16- and 17-year-olds, alcohol may be served with a meal if permitted by the school and accompanied by an adult. We are happy to discuss your school’s preferences and tailor the event accordingly.
Oswestry prom venue menu choices
- Reception drinks: Non-alcoholic (plus Prosecco for parents hour)
- Starter: Sharing platters of finger food
- Main course: to be agreed. For example, braised beef, mashed potato, carrots, cauliflower cheese and gravy. Served to table family style.
- Dessert: to be agreed: For example, brownie and blondie cakes with raspberries and double cream. Served to table.
- Dietary requirements: possible with advance notice
2027 prom package pricing
- Minimum headcount 60
- Finalise headcount one month before prom
- £55.00 inc vat per head midweek (Mon, Tue, Wed or Thu)
- £65.00 inc vat per head weekend (Fri or Sat)
- £5.00 inc vat per parent. Add Prosecco for parents (optional). Parents to depart by 6:45 pm.
- £10.00 inc vat light supper for staff chaperones (assuming they do not attend the full dinner)
