Custom venue hire
- Hire period: 3 days and 2 nights from 12 noon arrival day to 12 noon departure day (with the option to add nights)
- Standard hire: Assisted DIY. Barnutopia staff help with setup, and the event day is fully staffed (excluding bar staff unless booked).
- LITE hire: Fully DIY. Limited Barnutopia staff help with setup, and one staff member only in a supervisory capacity on your event day (bar staff may be added separately).

Pricing depends on how you customise your package, whether it is Standard or LITE residential hire, the guest headcount, whether the event is weekend or midweek, the time of year, the service required, and any optional extras. It may range from £3,500 to £12,000+.

What’s included
Standard and LITE residential hire is for 15–120 guests and includes exclusive use of the venue, couple accommodation, guest accommodation, get-ready rooms (weddings and vow renewals only), cookhouse, kitchen shack, galley, event barn (optional) with fairy lights, uplighters, dance floor and dry bar, 600W bluetooth speaker(s), bathroom block, wedding arches (rustic wooden and circular), postbox, outdoor spaces and ceremony areas, fire pits and firewood, free sitewide WiFi, and more. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times.
Barnutopia is licensed for legal marriage ceremonies, but you must book the Shropshire registrar yourselves.
