Designed to make wedding planning simpler without losing the unique Barnutopia atmosphere. Ideal for couples who want the main planning, setup and coordination taken care of, while still having room to personalise the day. Works well for day hire, with or without guest accommodation.

Set package wedding pricing

For a minimum of 45 full-day guests and a maximum total headcount of 90, including evening guests. Pricing depends on guest headcount, bar and alcohol choice, season, and whether your wedding is on a weekday or weekend.

Included	Details
Exclusive hire	Venue and facilities from 8 am to midnight.
Couple accommodation	The Snug for 2 nights (night before and night of).
Get-ready rooms	Rooms in the farmhouse for the bride(s) and/or groom(s) to get ready.
Guest accommodation	Optional yurts and cabins for one or two nights. Booked separately.
Staffing	Fully staffed event day.
Styling and setup	Pre-dressed event barn with your input and additions. Pre-installed marquee-style ceiling drapes. Access the day before for 4 hours to finalise décor.
Furniture and props	Access to the decor den. Banqueting tables, tablecloths and chairs as needed. Wedding arches, post box, log slices, table runners, chair sashes, jam jars and lots more.
Barns and indoor spaces	Event barn with fairy lights, uplighters, dance floor and heater. Dutch barn with fire pits and firewood. Access to the cookhouse, kitchen shack and galley.
Outdoor ceremony spaces and features	The yurt field. The dell. The farmer’s field (subject to permission). Picnic tables and parasols. Hay bale aisle seating (weather-permitting). The border bridge with English and Welsh flags.
Reception and food	Tea and fresh coffee station all day. First reception drink (usually prosecco). 3-course reception meal with wine. 2 or 3 wedding cakes
Bar and alcohol	Choose the Barnutopia licensed bar or BYO alcohol with hosted bar service.
Evening	DJ and evening music. Supper baps followed by toasted marshmallows around the campfire.
Parking	Free on-site parking. Non-residential guests must depart by 1 am at the latest.

Barn decor

We will work with you to create the look and vibe you want using our collection of decorations and anything you may wish to provide. Please note that naked flames are not permitted but electronic tea-lights and faux candles are very effective.

Catering

• Starter: Toasted pittas, crudites, olives, deli meats and dips (on tables)
• Main: Outdoor griddle or hot and cold buffet.
• Dessert: Selection of cakes (including wedding cake), berries and cream.
• Supper: Pulled pork, pulled chicken, baps, stuffing, coleslaw and apple sauce.

Optional guest accommodation

You or your guests may book additional accommodation quoting the discount code WED20 to get 20% off all yurts and cabins. You will not be able to book online, as all available accommodation is reserved for you. Any unused accommodation remains empty for the duration of your event.
