HIRE OPTIONS

STANDARD (staffed) residential hire
For 3 days and 2 nights from noon arrival day to noon departure day. Includes staff support. Best for weddings, celebrant ceremonies, vow renewals, and formal events of any kind. Catering optional.

LITE (unstaffed) residential hire
For 3 days and 2 nights from 4:00 pm arrival day to noon departure day. Excludes staff support. Ideal for relaxed gatherings such as hen and stag, family reunions, or informal retreats. Catering optional.

Please note that if you choose LITE hire for your wedding or formal event, you are required to sign an acknowledgement confirming you understand that LITE hire does not include any staff support beyond limited setup and venue supervision.

All are fully funrished with power, light, heating and made up ready to sleep in.

All yurts and cabins combined sleep 35 to 45 comfortably, or up to 52 at maximum capacity (all beds and sofa beds used, all double beds shared).
The camping field is available at no additional charge after all accommodation is booked.

CATERING

You may self-cater, use mobile caterers, Barnutopia’s in-house catering, or any combination of the three.

Self-catering is not recommended for groups exceeding 45 guests.
Slow cookers are permitted but you cannot add electric fryers, air fryers or any commercial electrical equipment.
Most mobile caterers are completely self-sufficient and use portable gas-powered equipment. If caterers have ANY electrical needs they MUST contact Barnutopia to discuss.
